Nursing Assessments
Neurodiversity Evidence Gathering & Report

Comprehensive nurse-led evidence gathering for neurodevelopmental needs, including a professional report, clinical guidance and practical strategies for home and school.
HH provides evidence gathering and professional recommendations. This service does not provide a formal medical diagnosis.
Specialist Nurse-Led Assessment

HH Nursing Services provide nurse-led assessment, evidence gathering, clinical formulation, professional reports and practical recommendations. HH does not provide formal medical diagnoses or prescribe medication.

Individual, enjoyable and disability-inclusive swimming support designed to build water confidence, safety, independence and swimming skills at the swimmer’s own pace.
Lessons are adapted around the swimmer’s individual physical, sensory, communication and learning needs.
